# Account Deletion

> How to request deletion of your Workshop account.

To request deletion of your Workshop account and associated data, please contact us at [help@workshop.ai](mailto:help@workshop.ai).

Please send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process it.

## Considerations for paid accounts

Before deleting a Workshop account with a paid subscription:

1. Cancel your subscription from your [Account](https://account.workshop.ai) page.
2. Wait until the end of your current subscription period.
3. Once the subscription lapses, proceed with account deletion.
