Workshop makes it easy to share your work — from individual conversations to full team collaboration with shared resources.

Sharing Conversations

You can share any conversation via a private link, whether to show someone an insight, demonstrate a concept, or get support.

How to Share

  1. Find the conversation in your conversation list
  2. Click the three dots menu next to the conversation name
  3. Select Share
  4. Choose Private sharing to generate a unique link
  5. Copy the link and send it to your audience
The shared link renders your conversation in a clean, readable format so recipients experience it just as you did.

Best Practices Before Sharing

Before sharing, check your conversation for:
  • Accidentally included secrets, credentials, or API keys
  • Internal data that shouldn’t be visible externally
  • File contents or code that may be confidential
Remove or redact anything sensitive before generating the link.
  • Will the technical level match the intended readers?
  • Are there assumptions that need additional context?
  • Would someone unfamiliar with your project understand the goals?

Sharing Published Apps with Teams

If your project is linked to a team subscription (Scale plan), you can share published apps with your entire team at once using the Team sharing toggle in the Publish popover. When enabled, all team members automatically get access to the app without individual invitations.

Team Management

Teams let you collaborate with shared credit pools, centralized billing, and organization-wide settings.
Team management features require a Scale plan subscription.

What Teams Include

  • Shared credit pool — All team members draw from a common credit allocation
  • Centralized billing — A single subscription covers all team members
  • Privacy controls — Enforce privacy mode across all team members
  • Credit Pack bonuses — 10% more credits on all Credit Pack purchases
  • Dedicated support — Priority support through shared team channels

Setting Up a Team

1

Upgrade to Scale

Team features are available on the Scale plan. Upgrade from your account settings.
2

Configure team settings

Set your team name, default member credit limits, and privacy enforcement preferences.
3

Invite team members

Go to your team management dashboard, click Invite Team Member, and enter their email. You can optionally set individual credit limits.
Invited users receive an email with a link to join. Once they accept, they inherit team privacy settings and their credit limits take effect immediately.

Member Roles

RoleCapabilities
Team OwnerFull admin control: billing, invitations, member management, privacy enforcement, credit limit adjustments
Team MemberAccess to shared credits, subject to team policies and individual credit limits

Seat Management

Both active team members and pending invitations count toward your seat limit. Occupied seats = Active members + Pending invitations If all seats are occupied, you can free up capacity by:
  • Removing an existing team member
  • Revoking a pending invitation
  • Upgrading your subscription to add more seats
Pending invitations reserve a seat until accepted, revoked, or expired (after 30 days).

Revoking Invitations

To cancel a pending invitation and free up the seat:
  1. Open the Invite Team Members modal
  2. Find the invitation in the Pending Invitations section
  3. Click Revoke
The invitation link is immediately invalidated and the seat becomes available. The recipient is not notified.
Only team owners can revoke invitations. Once revoked, you’ll need to send a new invitation to re-invite the same person.

Team Credit Management

How Credits Work

  • All team members draw from a shared credit pool set by the team owner’s subscription
  • Team owners can set individual credit limits per member (default: 1,000 credits)
  • Members cannot exceed their individual limit even if team credits remain
  • Credit Pack purchases receive a 10% bonus for team accounts

Usage Monitoring

Team owners have real-time visibility into:
  • Team-wide credit consumption
  • Individual member usage
  • Usage patterns and trends

Privacy and Security

Team Privacy Controls

  • Team owners can enforce privacy mode for all members — individual members cannot disable it
  • Team members’ individual work remains private within the team structure
  • Shared resources are accessible based on permissions
  • Teams can optionally sync projects to the team’s GitHub organization
